I needed his help to complete something on my website that my other web developer didn't do. He made me a video with step by step instructions on how to edit something on my site, and he literally held my had for hours while I followed along the video and had questions. Not because he wasn't thorough, because he was, I just didn't have any clue on how to edit the site. I gave him my password to my website, he did the work and helped me so that I could do it on my own. He also provided me with additional information so that I could be successful in updating the site myself. I will be using him going forward! He is my new web developer. He was honest and dependable.
