How it works?

What is Brybe?

A deal made between Buyer and Seller (Influencer or Freelancer) is called "Brybe". There are several ways those deals are made on the marketplace: through Packaged Offer, Custom Offer, and Buyer request/Influencer offer.

How does Packaged Offer work?

Packaged Offer is a list of services that Freelancer can sell on the marketplace as a combined offer. All Packaged Offers are placed in Brybe Catalog, where buyers can find them and purchase them right away. To create a packaged Offer click the button "Create New Offer".

What is Extra Offer?

Extra Offer is an additional service that is used to expand an existing active order. However, it cannot be purchased independently.

What is a request for Custom Offer?

All the buyers may send a request for a Custom Offer to you. This request is not the actual offer but more like a direction of what should be included in the offer. These requests are received via Messenger. When you click the button "Accept" you will get a window popped up where the actual offer (Custom Offer) is created.

How does Custom Offer work?

You may send a personalized offer to a buyer if you already have a common dialog in messenger together. Click the button "Custom Offer" in the dialog to create an offer. Once the buyer accepts it and pays for it the order will be placed. When the order is placed on the dashboard page "My Orders", please, proceed to its page and confirm it. After that, you may start the execution of this order.

How does Buyer Request work?

As an Freelancer, you may apply for Buyer requests with your unique offer. All the requests are posted in the Request Catalog. Before applying for a request make sure that you match its requirements. Once your application is made the buyer will get notified about it, and if your offer is accepted - the order will be placed on the dashboard page "My Orders". When the order is placed, please, proceed to the order's page and confirm it. After that, you may start executing it.

What to know about the order?

When buyer purchases your offer, the order is placed. The initial status of all the placed orders is "Pending". It is important to know that the order actually starts when its status becomes "Active". "Active" the order becomes when you accept to execute the order. If a "Pending" order is not accepted within 24 hours, the buyer gets the option to cancel it and to return the money back.

How to extend active order?

Every order has its fixed time of execution, however, if needed, this time can be extended. To do so, you may send a request for the delivery time extension to the buyer, and if the buyer accepts it, the time will be extended for the requested amount of time. Please, notice that only the orders with the status "Active" can be extended.

How to complete the order?

To complete the order and to get paid, you should make a delivery. Proceed to the order's page and click the button "Deliver now". Attach all the necessary links and files with the results of the order in the popped-up window. Once the buyer accepts the delivery, the order will be completed and you get paid. If the buyer does not accept the delivery or does not make a request for a revision within the next 3 days, the order will be completed automatically and you get the money deposited within your balance.

Registration

Create an account

You may use three different options to create the account on Brybe. You may use email and password for registration, or sign up through Google or Facebook account. Once you create your account on Brybe you are able to switch between all three roles: buyer, freelancer, and influencer. You may also change the default role if needed so that you could log in to your account under the preferred role. Each role has its own required indicators that must be provided during the registration process in order to have access to all the features and to freely switch between the roles within the account.

Verification

Registration on Brybe requires all the users to verify the email address and a phone number.

Search

Where to find requests from buyers?

All the requests from buyers are posted in the Request catalog. You may use filters to find the requests that match you the best. If you are looking for a specific request, use the header bar search tool.

How to get more deals with buyers?

The first thing we recommend you to do is to create a Packaged Offer. You may create several different offers to maximize your chances of meeting the demand of a wider scale of buyers. Try not to fall off the market trends by the price. Don't make your prices too high. Leave the space for buyers to extend your offer with additional services using Extra Offers. The more attractive your offer is - the higher chances to get a deal with buyers. When applying for a buyer request make sure you meet the requirements. Even though you are able to apply for any buyer request we wouldn't recommend you do that. A professional approach is always valued the most. Use social media platforms to inform your potential clients about the offers you post on Brybe. Share the links to your profile and Packaged Offer wherever you can. Stay active. Always check your inbox for new messages and requests, so that you don't miss them.

Account Settings

Where can I manage my profile info?

This information can be managed in the dashboard. Account settings -> General settings This is where you are able to manage your profile general data such as full name and username, description, location, language, your categories and specialization.

Where can I set the default role?

Please, proceed to the dashboard page "Control Pannel" and click the toggle "Default Role". Then follow the instructions.

How to switch between the roles?

You may find role switchers right in the header drop-down menu. To call out the menu, click on the tiny little arrow near your profile avatar, in the upper right corner of the page.

How to delete a role?

In order a role, please, proceed to the dashboard page "Account Settings" - "General Settings" and click the button "Remove Account" at the bottom of the page. The choose the option "Delete the Role" in the popped up window.

How to delete my account?

Security

Where can I change my email address?

Please, proceed to the dashboard page "Security" and click the button "Change Email". Then follow the instructions.

Where can I change my mobile number?

Please, proceed to the dashboard page "Security" and click the button "Change Number". Then follow the instructions.

Where can I change the password?

Wallet and Billing

How to add a PayPal account?

Please, proceed to the dashboard page "Wallet and Billing" - "My Wallet", choose the option "My PayPal" and then click the button "+ Add".

How to add a Stripe account?

Please, proceed to the dashboard page "Wallet and Billing" - "My Wallet", choose the option "My Stripe" and then click the button "+ Add".

How to transfer money between accounts?

You may transfer your money from the Influencer/Freelancer roles to your role of the Buyer. To do so, switch to your Buyer role and click the button "Deposit" on the dashboard page "Wallet and Billing" - "My Wallet". In the popped-up window, select the option "Brybe Balance" and choose the available role to request the money from.

How to withdraw money?

Please, proceed to the dashboard page "Wallet and Billing" - "My Wallet" and click the button "Withdraw". You may withdraw your money to a Stripe, or a PayPal account. You may also click the button "Get Paid" from the header menu.

Orders and Offers

Where to see the orders?

You may find your orders on the dashboard page "Orders and Offers" - "My Orders". This is where you are able to manage them.

How to add more time to the order?

Proceed to the order's page and click the button "Request More Time". Once the buyer accepts it the order delivery time will be extended.

What order statuses mean?

The order may have 6 different statuses: "Pending" - the order has been placed and requires you to confirm your will to execute it. "Active" - the order is being executed and requires delivery to be made in time. "Completed" - the order has been fulfilled and the seller has got paid. "Closed by Buyer" - the buyer has terminated the order. "Closed by Freelancer" - the seller has terminated the order. "Closed by Brybe" - Brybe Administration has terminated the order.

How to terminate the order?

You may self terminate the order while it is in the "Pending" status. Proceed to the placed order page and decline it. If the order is in the "Active" status, you should contact Brybe Support at [email protected]

How to add Extra Offers to the order?

Click the button "Send Extra Offer" in the block of specification, on the order's page, and fill out the required fields in the popped-up window. Once you submit it, it will appear in the order's chat. When the buyer accepts it you'll get notified and will have to give your confirmation for including it in the order specification by clicking "Accept" in the notification.
