I'm Adam and I'm a fitness influencer with a degree in exercise science and nutrition and I create educational and entertaining fitness content on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (@thefitadam). I also have a podcast called The Fittest Guy In The Office available on all streaming platforms. I love science, traveling, food, cooking, teaching people about fitness, music festivals, and EDM music.
